This new commercial building was built by Sierra Construction featuring Mass Timber DLT ceilings and Glulams.
Our team fully sanded all Glulams and applied Sansin KP-12 and SDF Topcoat to the surface. Our team also coated all of the Ipe decks with the same product on-site after they were installed.
